Another separating characteristic of Dave Richards Home Improvement is that they have different crews for the different phases. Week 1...Flavio came out an did all the framing. Week 2...Mikey, Ashley and Brian came out to do plumbing/electrical/insulation. Week 3...Drywall crew came out to hang/patch/sand. Week 4 & 5...Flooring crew lays LVP/molding and Mikey's crew paints/finishing fixtures. Needless to say they are super efficient and flexible with our needs. The project was completed and exceeded our expectations...with the bonus being that our space was useable prior family guests coming for Christmas. We really enjoyed working on our basement project with Dave Richards Home Improvement and highly recommend them to anyone.
